AUDUBON OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA
Our contest is open to amateur photographers only (all ages). All photographs must be taken in SW Florida (Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Hendry counties) between April 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023, with an emphasis on native, naturally occurring flora and fauna (such as birds, animals, insects, plants, and scenery).
Entries & Deadlines
Entries will be accepted through April 15, 2023, with awards to be announced by May 27, 2023. All photos must be submitted via e-mail to ASWFPhotoContest@gmail.com Your e-mail entry must include your name, mailing, and e-mail address. Each image must be in .jpg format with a maximum file size of 6 MB per image (aspect ratio not to exceed 8 x 10).
The overall Best in Show will receive $200 and a canvas print of their photo. The top three runner ups will each be awarded $100. Each person is eligible to win only one award.
A $25 per person entry fee covers up to five photos and comes with a 2023 calendar-year membership in our local chapter – Audubon of Southwest Florida.

Judging will be anonymous via coded entries – please do not put anything identifying yourself on your photo or in the file name. Judging will be based on -
appropriateness to Audubon's mission
All photos become the property of ASWF and may be used in any way including member communications, programs, and meetings such as our environmental breakfast and annual meeting. Appropriate credit to the photographer will be noted.
